Artwork Specifications

 

•  Adobe Illustrator (.ai) preferred
•  .eps
•  .pdf (press quality, embedded fonts, bleed included)
•  Adobe InDesign
•  Adobe Photoshop (.psd)*
•  .tif* greater-than 300 dpi at print size

             *Photoshop Documents and tiffs must be greater than 300 dpi. These files are unable to be edited for content.

We cannot accept these file formats*

•  Microsoft Word
•  Microsoft Publisher
•  Native Corel Draw or Freehand
•  Quark Express
•  Raster files less-than 300 dpi at print size

                        *$75/hr artwork charge to recreate art in a usable format (1 hour minimum charge)

Fonts

 

•  Convert fonts to outlines – In Illustrator, this is done by selecting all (Ctrl + A), clicking the Type tab in the menu and selecting “Create Outlines”.
•  If for some reason fonts cannot be converted to outlines, please send all fonts used in your project.

•  All linked (placed) images are to be sent with artwork, or all linked images are embedded in the file.

•  Please allow for a minimum of 1/16” (0.0625”) where printing runs off the edge.

•  Raster (pixel) images must be 300 dpi or greater at print size.
